Summer Cycling Convergence by the Firefly Brigade

Summer time is cycling season. Sun’s out and what better to do than bike?
If you’re not riding somewhere on Sunday, April 26, 2015, try to drop by at the Quezon Memorial Circle for the Firefly Brigade’s Summer Cycling Convergence!

There are many lined up activities in store for the bike enthusiasts. According to the Firefly Brigade page:
ToF summer
“SUMMER CYCLING CONVERGENCE:
FESTIVAL OF FIREFLIES
Sunday April 26, 2015
Quezon Memorial Circle –Liwasang Aurora
Convergence means bringing together two or more distinct ideas, phenomena, markets, or institutions. This combination results to dynamic synergies that in turn give birth to new, expanded and vibrant linkages. By bringing together local governments, cyclists, and businesses, the Firefly Brigade would like to see, after 15 years of the Tour of the Fireflies–our flagship bicycle caravan–a convergence giving birth to positive action:
-where local governments will be inspired by the triumphs in cycling advocacy of their neighbor cities,
-where businesses catering to the cycling community will be provided more opportunities to build upon a thriving bike culture, and
-where thousands of cyclists will be energized by the creativity of other cyclists, the cycling-related products available to them and the bike programs of their local governments.
